Selecting from the different formal practices that we have done during the course, choose and establish a pattern of daily practice that you intend to follow over the next 2-3 months.

Taking a Breathing Space and then taking some action that feels nourishing.
Ask yourself what might give a sense of pleasure, accomplishment or satisfaction, or awareness of the present.

New Habits in Everyday Life.

When you can, use the 50:50 attention technique, Ten Finger Gratitude Practice, 3-Step Breathing Space, be more aware of a routine activity in everyday life, walk mindfully or take kind and compassionate actions.

Consider whether you are feeding thoughts, feelings and actions that are nourishing or depleting for you.
