Mindfulness for Life sessional resources

MBCT-L comprises an orientation, eight weekly sessions and a practice day between week six and seven. You can find written resources, links to formal and informal guided mindfulness practices and video-based tips on each page. These adhere pretty closely to the structure of the course but also include some elements that make sense to me or are how I like to teach it. These sessional resources are meant for teachers and participants on MBCT-L courses rather than being a resource for anyone, I recommend taking the time to find a qualified and registered mindfulness teacher who can guide you through them.
